Stable in aqueoussolutions at pH 1 to 9 for a test period of 35 days (50 ℃) or 14 days(80 ℃). Slowly hydrolysed in 1N HCl and NaOH. F.p.: No reaction up to360 ℃.
Toxicology:Oral: Acute oral LD50 for malerats 1020, female rats 1333, male mice 200, female mice 218 mg/kg.Skinand eye Acute percutaneous LD50: for rats and rabbits >2000 mg/kg.
Application:Biochemistry: Steroid demethylation inhibitor. Mode of action: Systemicfungicide with protective, curative, and eradicant action. Absorbedrapidly by the plant, with translocation acropetally. Uses: Systemicfungicide effective against a broad range of diseases. Cereal and sugarbeet foliar diseases: Septoria, rust, powdery mildew, Rhynchosporium,Cercospora, Ramularia at 60-100 g a.i./ha. In fruit trees, vines,coffee, banana, turf, vegetables: Venturia, powdery mildew, rust,Mycosphaerella, Monilia, Mycena, Sclerotinia, Rhizoctonia.
